Surendranath Centenary School organised a One-Day Capacity Building Programme on Learning Outcomes and Pedagogies on 3 October 2026. The programme aimed to strengthen teachers understanding of outcome-based and learner-centric teaching. The resource persons, Dr. Shipra, Principal, Govind Ram Kataruka School, and Mrs Kavita Mukherjee , DAV Gandhinagar conducted interactive sessions focusing on effective pedagogical strategies, classroom practices and assessment approaches. The programme provided teachers with practical strategies to make learning more engaging, experiential and competency-based. Principal Ms. Samita Sinha appreciated the initiative and remarked, Continuous professional development empowers teachers to transform learning outcomes into meaningful classroom experiences and nurture confident, capable and lifelong learners.
