Surendranath Centenary School organised a `Felicitation Ceremony` in their Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar auditorium on 10th July 2024 to acknowledge and applaud the achievements of the students who excelled in the CBSE class X (SSE)and XII (SSCE)-2023-24 The occasion was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest Dr. Ajit Kr. Sinha, Vice Chancellor, Ranchi University. The 48 meritorious students were endowed with certificates of merit and gift vouchers in the presence of their proud parents and teachers. Madam Principal Samita Sinha extended heartfelt congratulations to the students on their remarkable performance. She commended the students for their dedication, hard work and perseverance. In her speech she even expressed sincere gratitude to the parents for their continuous support and involvement in their children`s education and school`s activities. The programme commenced with the lighting of the lamp by the esteemed guest. The event featured a cultural programme including mesmerizing dance and song performance that left the audience spell bound. On this occasion the Chief Guest addressed the gathering, inspiring the students to strive for excellence and pursue their passions. He spoke on the importance of book reading and action planning in achieving success. His inspiring words encouraged the students to stay focused, work hard and persevere through challenges, emphasizing that consistency and persistence are the essential ingredients for achieving their goals and realizing their dreams.
