The students of Surendranath Centenary School observed World Environment Day with full zeal and enthusiasm. The students of class X participated in Quiz competition so that they can equip and update themselves in the issues related to our environment and biodiversity. The students of classes VI and VII showcased their skills and showed their concern for mother nature through the art of Poster making. Anurag Anand of class X, sang a beautiful song acknowledging and praising the kindness and the various resources provided to us by mother Nature. Principal Madam Samita Sinha said that such activities keep the students aware and concerned about the environment so that we can meet the sustainable development goals in near future and nurture the values of respecting all the creatures and bounties of our earth.
