The students of Class IX from Surendranath Centenary School visited the Jharkhand Govt. Tool Room on 30th November, 2019 (Saturday) as the part of their experiential learning. Nearly 100 students got the chance to visit the same, so that they can be well equipped with the present day technology & its possibilities in nurturing innovations. The students were welcomed by Mr. M.K. Gupta, the Principal of the centre and were shown a number of world class infrastructures available over there. The children were shown some of the developed and prize winning innovative projects made by the students of the institute like Solar cycle, Vehicles runs by Hydrogen, these vehicles will not only curb the environmental issues successfully, but also will ensure sustainable development. The students of our school put forth a number of inquisitive questions which were answered by the trainees working there. The faculty who interacted with the students not only satisfied their queries. The principal Mrs. Samita Sinha said that these experiential visit insist the students to explore more job opportunities other than the common concept getting employed Overall it was enriching experience for the learners in every aspect as they imbibed a lot of Knowledge and information through this visit.
