Documents required for Form submission - :
1. Registration Fee is Rs.2000/- (Two thousand only): Non refundable. Please Pay in advance before proceedings for form submission.

3. Students must attach :
a) Xerox copy of Class X - Result marksheet copy. (self attested).
b) Payment receipt copy of the registration fee of Rs. 2000/-.
4. Submission of filled up form in the School Office : from 16th May, 2025 - Time: 10:30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
